The Constitution of San Andreas is the founding document of the State of San Andreas which took effect when the Republic of San Andreas joined the United States of America. Foundational rights and the structure of the state government can be found here. Supreme Court decisions, Senate legislation and executive orders are constrained by this document.
The Criminal Code of San Andreas is the encompassing document detailing all criminal offences within the State of San Andreas. Criminal courts will use this document to guide their verdicts. Law enforcement will use this document to execute the law.
The Civil Code of San Andreas provides a framework for legal action within the State of San Andreas. Information on legal marriages, torts (for suing entities), and more can be found here. Civil courts will use this document to guide their verdicts.
