Law Courts of San Andreas

The Supreme Court serves as a court of appeals and is the chief policymaking body of the Law Courts of San Andreas. It is the highest court of San Andreas. It hears its cases at the Downtown Law Courts across from Legion Park.

The Superior Court serves as the second level court of the Law Courts of San Andreas. It hears both criminal and civil cases. It hears its cases at the Downtown Law Courts across from Legion Park. Most court cases are filed with the Superior Court.

The State Court serves as the first level of court of the Law Courts of San Andreas. Small claims and minor crimes are addressed through this court. It hears its cases at the Vinewood and Davis Courthouses. This court is known for dealing with most sentences issued by law enforcement in the state.
